4. Can I upload my own artwork for the advert?

Yes, you can upload your own artwork. We also offer design services if you'd like Adbuddy to create your advert.

5. What are the artwork specifications?

• Static Adverts: 1080px x 1920px in portrait orientation, JPG format, displayed for 10 seconds.

• Video Adverts: 1080px x 1920px in portrait orientation, MP4 format, no longer than 10 seconds.

Content Guidelines:

• Less is More: Focus on one key message, no more than 200 characters, including contact details. This keeps your advert clear, effective, and easy to understand at a glance.

• Text Size and Font Choice: Ensure your text is large enough to be legible from a distance, with a clear, readable font.

• Colour Contrast: Use high contrast between text and background colours for better visibility.

• Aspect Ratio Consistency: Maintain the 9:16 portrait aspect ratio to avoid issues with stretching or black bars around your content.

• Approval Process: All adverts go through a content approval process to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to legal or ethical guidelines. This review by our team is essential to maintaining high standards and delivering effective advertising.

6. How long can I advertise for?

The minimum advertising duration is 1 month. The maximum is 12 months.

8. How do I get started with advertising on Adbuddy?

Sign up on our website, select your locations, upload your artwork, or request our design services.

Yes, you can select specific carts for your advert.

10. What payment options do you offer?

Payment is required in full when booking your advert. We don’t offer alternative payment solutions, ensuring a straightforward and secure process for managing your advertising campaign.

11. What if I need help with my advert design?

No problem! Adbuddy offers a simplified design service focused on creating effective, eye-catching adverts. We ask a few key questions to guide our process, following a "less is more" approach. Whether you need a static image or a video, we’re here to help.

12. What if I want a change made to the design that Adbuddy has created for me?

If you’d like any changes, you have 24 hours to request adjustments. We’re here to make sure your advert is just right! If we don’t hear from you within that time, we’ll proceed with the schedule you selected.

13. I want my advert to appear as soon as possible. How do I make that happen?

We load all adverts every Wednesday evening to appear Thursday morning. To book for the earliest possible time, submit your request by Monday at 5pm. This timeline allows for any necessary changes if we're designing the advert for you.

14. Can I book an advert in advance?

Yes, you can set your advert to appear at any future time. Note that all adverts are loaded on Wednesday night and will appear starting Thursday morning.

15. Can I reuse an advert that Adbuddy has created for me?

Yes, it's yours! After we create your advert, we’ll send you a copy. You can reuse it anytime by uploading it through our platform. The setup fee is waived if you don’t make changes.

16. What is the setup fee for uploading my own content?

If you upload your own content, a one-time setup fee of $50+GST applies. This fee is waived if you renew the same advert without changes.

17. What is the content approval process?

All adverts go through a content approval process to ensure they meet our quality standards and adhere to legal or ethical guidelines. This review by our team is essential to maintaining high standards and delivering effective advertising.

18. What are the viewing times for my advert?

• Static Adverts: Display for 10 seconds.

• Video Adverts: Display for 10 seconds.

• Content Rotation: All content rotates every 1.5 to 2 minutes, ensuring consistent exposure throughout the day.

19. How many people will see my advert?

• Reach: Your advert will reach over 130,000 coffee lovers monthly.*

• Daily Views: Expect thousands of daily views.*

• Impressions: Your advert will generate over 1.5 million impressions per year.*
